In 2026, organizations across EMEA are drowning in tools. We bought the SaaS promises, we deployed the Copilots, and we integrated the APIs. Yet, productivity isn’t skyrocketing, and HR teams are more overwhelmed than ever.
Why? Because we built digital skyscrapers on paper foundations.
As a former Group CHRO turned Strategic Architect, I see the same pattern in every Audit I conduct:
- Data Swamps: AI cannot function on unstructured, dirty data.
- Process Debt: We automated bad processes instead of fixing them.
- Adoption Failure: We deployed code without engineering the culture.
My Philosophy: Logic Before Magic
I am not a “Futurist” who sells dreams. I am a Logician-Engineer. My approach is grounded in the rigors of mathematics and the reality of P&L management.
1. The Audit (Mathematical Rigor) I don’t guess. I audit. We map your data flows, your API calls, and your ontology. If the math doesn’t work, the strategy won’t work.
2. The Architecture (De-Risking) I design systems that are resilient. We move from monolithic, fragile HRIS to composable, agile ecosystems. I act as the bridge between your CTO (who wants speed) and your DPO (who wants compliance).
3. The Culture (Operational Reality) Having managed 1,900 redundancies during a crisis at a major airline, I know the weight of human decisions. Technology must serve the human strategy, not the other way around.
