My talks and classes draw on the same mix that shaped my career: HR leadership, technology, building a business and transformation work across different countries.

I try to make the discussion useful for the people in the room. The aim is not to add another presentation about AI or the future of work. It is to leave leaders with practical questions they can take back to their own organisation.

I prepare each session for the audience. An executive committee, a CHRO team and a Master's cohort need three quite different conversations.

Themes

AI and the future of work

What actually changes in an organisation when AI enters everyday work, and which HR practices need rethinking.

The Death of Skills

Why organisations need to look beyond current skills to understand potential, adaptability and the ability to learn.

Fortress, Front Line, Laboratory

Three different ways of approaching AI, and how to decide which one suits which part of the organisation.

Time-to-Skill and Pay-for-Agility

How quickly can an organisation build the capabilities it needs, what gets in the way, and what should it reward when roles change faster?

Rethinking skills frameworks

Why two well-built HR systems still disagree about what a skill is, and what to do about it.

HR transformation

Why large programmes drift, what the early signals look like, and what leaders can do about it.

HR systems in the AI era

What changes in HR technology when AI becomes part of everyday HR processes.

Responsible AI for HR

Which data is used, who stays responsible for the decision, and what human oversight looks like in practice.

Formats

Keynote

45 to 90 minutes. Conference or executive event, with the argument adapted to the audience's sector and maturity.

Masterclass

Approximately 3 hours. Frameworks applied to the participants' own organisation, with structured working time.

Workshop

Half day. A leadership team working through a decision they actually have to make, such as a technology choice or how HR should be organised.

Round table

60 to 90 minutes. Moderated executive discussion, useful when the value is in what the participants say to each other.

Teaching

I teach as a guest professor on several HR Master's programmes, on HR technology, AI and digital transformation. I also mentor students and younger professionals who are moving between HR and technology, which is a path I know something about.

Academic collaborations (course design, guest lectures, jury participation) are welcome and can be discussed directly.

Languages

Sessions are delivered in French or English.
